Dit is geupgrade versie van de Grove - I2C Color Sensor module. De nieuwe versie is gebaseerd op de color sensor TCS34725FN met digital output I2C. Het circuit layout is ook veranderd. Gebaseerd op het 8*2 array van gefilterde photodiodes en 16-bits analog-to-digital converters, kan je chromatisch de kleur krijgen van omringend licht of objecten. Van de 16 photodiodes, 4 hebben rode filters, 4 hebben groene filters, 4 hebben blauwe filters and 4 hebben geen filter(clear).
